Information
- We recommend that guests book tickets in advance, but tickets can also be purchased at the Kraumi reception, subject to availability.
- We ask that groups larger than 15 people send an email to krauma@krauma.is. Please contact krauma@krauma.is for offers for 15 people or more.
- To reserve a table at the restaurant, it is best to book through the book a table button on the Kraumi website.
- Krauma offers customers the opportunity to purchase wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages at the natural pools.
- Towels, swimsuits and bathrobes can be rented.
Cancellation policy
- By purchasing tickets from Krauma, you agree to our cancellation policies.
- All cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the visit to receive a full refund.
- If cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, a full refund is offered.
- If cancelled with 24 to 48 hours notice, a refund of 50% of the order will be offered.
- No refunds are possible if cancellations are received with less than 24 hours notice.
- Guests are offered the option of a full refund or rebooking if Krauma closes due to circumstances beyond their control. Examples of such circumstances include bad weather or road conditions.
