• We recommend that guests book tickets in advance, but tickets can also be purchased at the Kraumi reception, subject to availability.
• We ask groups larger than 10 people to send an email to krauma@krauma.is. Please contact krauma@krauma.is for offers for 15 people or more.
• To reserve a table at the restaurant, it is best to send an email to krauma@krauma.is
• Krauma offers customers the opportunity to purchase wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages at the natural pools.
• Krauma rents out towels, swimsuits and bathrobes

Cancellation policy

• By purchasing tickets from Krauma, you agree to our cancellation policies.
• All cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the visit to receive a full refund
• If cancelled with 24 to 48 hours notice, a refund of 50% of the order value will be offered.
• No refunds are available if cancellation is received with less than 24 hours notice.
• Guests are offered the option of a full refund or rebooking if Krauma closes due to circumstances beyond their control. Examples of such circumstances include bad weather or impassable roads.
