• We recommend that guests book tickets in advance, but you can also buy tickets at Krauma's reception, subject to availability.
  
• We ask groups of 15 or more people to send an email to krauma@krauma.is. Please contact krauma@krauma.is for special offers if your group is larger than 15 people.
  
• To reserve a table at the restaurant please send an email to krauma@krauma.is
  
• In the natural pools customers can purchase a number of beverages, including wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
  
• Customers can rent towels, bathing suits and bathrobes.
  

Cancellation Policy

• By purchasing a ticket from Krauma, you agree to our cancellation policy.
• All cancellations must arrive at least 48 hours prior to the visit for a full refund.
• If cancellation arrives more than 48 hours before the your visit, full refund is available.
• If cancellation arrives with 24 to 48 hours notice, a refund of 50% of the booking is available.
• Your booking can not be refunded with less than 24 hours notice.
• Guests are offered full refund or a new booking if Krauma closes due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, blocked roads or volcanoes.
