Taste of Iceland a curated selection of Icelandic flavors. Farðu í Timijan & lime-marinated goat & rosemary & pine tree smoked goat. Coriander & basil-marinated salmon & birch smoked salmon. Served with icelandic cucumber, icelandic skyr with mint, horseradish cream, goat cheese, & lightly roasted blue cheese topped with honey. Accompanied by blueberry jam, rye bread, & whipped butter. Our goat products are from Háafell
