French fries topped with bacon, spring onions, honey mustard sauce, parmesan & crispy onion.
In BBQ sauce served with honey mustard sauce.
Served with ground beef, cherry tomatoes, jalapeño, spring onions, shredded cheese, salsa, and sour cream.

Thyme & Lime-Marinated Goat. Rosemary & Pine-Smoked Goat. Coriander & Basil-Marinated Salmon. Birch-Smoked Salmon.
Served with Icelandic skyr with mint, cucumber, horseradish cream, goat cheese and lightly roasted blue cheese topped with honey. Accompanied by blueberry jam, rye bread, and whipped butter. Our goat products are sourced from Háafell Farm in Iceland.
Fresh salad with cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, grapes, cashew nuts, croutons, and local goat feta cheese.

MAIN COURSES
Hamburger from Mýranaut with red onion jam, portobello mushroom, parma ham, cheddar cheese, salad, small potatoes and aioli.
Grilled focaccia bread, lettuce, tomatoes, piled high with
tender slices of chicken breast, Icelandic cheddar cheese,
sautéed red onion, and mushrooms. Topped with honey mustard
sauce and served with fries and aioli.
Oven-baked salmon with lemon and dill velouté sauce and crispy capers, served with barley risotto with wild mushrooms, glazed root vegetables and a slice of lemon.
Sirloin, grilled and slow-cooked in sous-vide with cultured butter with roasted garlic and mountain herbs. Braised lamb shanks, slow-cooked in bone broth, wrapped in French pastry. Served with velvety sweet potato purée, glazed root vegetables, pistachios and 12-hour red wine sauce.
Salt-baked beetroot, served with sautéd savoy cabbage, green peas, velvety sweet potato purée, and rosemary beetroot foam.
